Creative Designer – Visual Design & Branding

About the role

As a Creative Designer at Air Apps you will shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing AI‑powered product suite. Working onsite in Lisbon, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling designs for digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance across all channels.
• Produce assets in multiple formats using industry‑standard software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
