About the role
We are seeking a senior‑level Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative work for paid acquisition campaigns. This part‑time freelance position is fully remote and focuses on building high‑converting ad concepts that boost customer acquisition and revenue across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead creative strategy for Meta paid acquisition campaigns, with optional work on TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop compelling hooks, messaging angles, and creative frameworks aimed at maximizing conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning strategies and improve creative effectiveness.
- Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, editors, and media buyers to produce and iterate high‑performing ad creatives.
- Evaluate campaign results to extract actionable insights and scale top‑performing approaches.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing, or conversion‑focused copywriting.
- Strong background in paid media environments, especially Meta advertising platforms; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
- Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
- Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology, consumer behavior, and performance‑driven messaging.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting with strong accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability to work within European (GMT) working hours.
