CRM & Digital Project Manager Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile marketing professional to lead CRM and digital initiatives for IWC Schaffhausen in Switzerland. You will translate customer insights into impactful campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and act as a strategic liaison across Marketing, Sales, Boutique teams and wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.
• Optimise customer journeys using Salesforce, Looker, Medallia, MyIWC and related tools.
• Manage daily CRM operations in coordination with IWC headquarters.
• Oversee creation and distribution of digital content on local and partner platforms.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights and build strategic journey maps.
• Monitor competitor activity, client feedback and local market trends.
• Represent the customer’s voice and facilitate feedback loops between Marketing, Sales and Boutique teams.
• Conduct regular boutique visits, report KPI performance and align CRM activities with commercial objectives.
• Support event activations and design targeted campaigns for wholesale channels using Brandnet, Spark and Medallia.
• Lead local content production, social media management (Instagram) and ensure consistent, data‑informed storytelling.
• Own digital and CRM budget planning, vendor management and internal reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer experience roles.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and represent the brand at client events.
