Global Product Management Internship

About the role

Join Scintilla AG, part of the Bosch Group, to support global product management for power‑tool accessories. You will take part in product life‑cycle activities, help prepare market launches and gain hands‑on experience with market research, competitor analysis, and data evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support market launches, including launch tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitor analyses.
• Analyze sales and financial data using SAP.
• Apply agile methods such as design thinking and Scrum.
• Collaborate in cross‑national, cross‑functional project teams.

Required profile

• Enrolled or recently graduated (within 6 months) in Marketing, Product or Project Management.
• Strong interest in product management and marketing.
• Motivated to contribute and initiate.
• Very good IT skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
