Customer & Consumer Service Representative - After Sales

About the role

A leading global brand of baby gear founded in 2007 is looking for a Customer & Consumer Service Representative (After Sales) to join its Customer & Consumer Service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers in Switzerland and the European markets, providing professional, friendly and solution-oriented support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle order entry in SAP
• Support end customers on product and service matters by email and telephone
• Process and assess complaints and warranty claims independently, including decisions on repair, replacement or exchange
• Order and manage spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse
• Analyze customer feedback and help optimize service processes and standards
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Product Management and Marketing
• Use and develop the modern ticket system (Zendesk)

Required profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training
• Customer service experience, ideally in after-sales or complaint management
• Good German and English; Italian and/or French is a significant advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solution-oriented work
• Independent, structured and reliable working style, with strong service and team orientation

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus
• Technical understanding and manual skills are a plus
