Customer Relations Executive

About the role

Ebury, a fintech company offering business accounts, hedging and financing on a single platform, is looking for a Customer Relations Executive in Zurich. You will be a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance and acting as an ambassador for the product and service. The role covers a portfolio of 200 to 300 clients who trade online through the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day relationship of corporate accounts and act as an ambassador for the product and service
• Understand clients' core business and FX needs, and make sure they use Ebury as their main platform for international trading and payments
• Deal with live currency trade bookings, banking information and high-value payments with accuracy
• Prioritise enquiries across several platforms and resolve issues as they arise, helping clients spot problems early (e.g. payment dates, banking data)
• Identify new opportunities to grow existing and new key accounts, such as new currency requirements, and work with sales and commercial teams
• Use knowledge of exchange rates, profit margins and commercial implications

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Swiss-German; sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a busy client-facing environment with monthly workload peaks is preferred
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and deal with numbers accurately
• Interest in currency markets is helpful

Required skills

• Experience with the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of FX and of all products Ebury offers (a plus)
