Customer Service Advisor (French/German/English) – Fixed-term

About the role

Decathlon Switzerland is seeking a trilingual Customer Service Advisor to join its Customer Relations Center (CRC) during a critical transition period. The role is based in Onnens and will support the upcoming relocation to the Bern/Fribourg area. You will be responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class omnichannel experience to B2B and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless support across chat, phone, and social media channels.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to improve digital tools and processes.
• Handle complex B2B mandates, technical after‑sales cases, logistics and payment disputes.
• Ensure 100% compliance with data‑protection and financial‑security procedures, including product recalls and fraud prevention.
• Monitor quality of external service providers and maintain audit compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German and English (Italian is a plus).
• Retail experience or a strong customer‑satisfaction mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to the new warehouse/hub near Fribourg/Bern.
• Team player with a proactive, fast‑paced work style.
