Customer Service Ambassador (Luxury Watch Brand)

About the role

Universal Genève, the iconic Swiss watchmaking Maison, is relaunching and seeks a Customer Service Ambassador to be the first voice of the brand. Based in Meyrin, you will deliver a seamless, personalised client journey across phone and email, embodying the Maison’s heritage of precision and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, availability, orders and after‑sales services.
• Coordinate client requests end‑to‑end, linking customers with boutiques, headquarters and relevant departments while ensuring continuity and accountability.
• Assist clients with pre‑orders, order placement, delivery tracking and home‑delivery arrangements, including boutique collection options.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring each touchpoint reflects a tailored, non‑generic approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, anticipating client needs and adapting communication accordingly.

• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and adapt responses to individual contexts.
• Passion for luxury service and appreciation of high‑end watchmaking heritage.
