About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the Membership & Registration team of an international organization operating in the medical‑scientific sector. The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality data in our Salesforce CRM and supporting day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities.
Key responsibilities
- Review, update and clean data within the Salesforce CRM.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, inconsistent or missing records.
- Validate and correct administrative and account information.
- Ensure overall database quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the department and assist with customer service tasks.
Required profile
- Diploma or university degree.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, data entry or data‑cleaning activities.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for repetitive tasks.
- Excellent command of English and Italian.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM.
