Customer Service Associate, International (Temporary Contract)

About the role

This temporary position supports the International Customer Service team by handling day‑to‑day wholesale operations for the APAC market. You will work closely with sales, finance, logistics and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support wholesale operations including order loading, tracking, release follow‑up and delivery updates.
• Prepare reports, update files and follow up on operational actions for the Wholesale Sales team.
• Maintain accurate order, delivery and customer information in internal ERP and other systems.
• Prepare sales and operational data for team review, highlighting missing or incorrect information.
• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Business Operations, Fulfilment/Revenue) to collect information and support daily tasks.
• Respond to operational questions from internal stakeholders and escalate complex issues.
• Support the team in following processes, templates and deadlines, and assist with new tools and processes.
• Maintain organized records, trackers and shared documents, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support or operations support role.
• Strong interest in learning about wholesale and sales operations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and business systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and other internal business tools.
