Customer Service Specialist – Riri Zippers

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our Riri Zippers team at the Mendrisio site. In this position you will act as the main point of contact for our international customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and effective resolution of any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order cycle from sales entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery delays, short shipments and special requests.
• Process customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods, and pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily with Production, R&D, Quality and Logistics departments to align on timelines, product customization and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to organise and track deliveries.

Required profile

• Commercial education background.
• Minimum five years of customer service experience in an international environment, preferably within fashion or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AS400.
• Familiarity with SAP.
