Sales Account – Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account specialist with strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical plant engineering. The role is pivotal for business development and client management across Northern Italy and the Canton of Ticino.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients.
• Analyse technical needs and propose customized solutions.
• Prepare technical‑commercial offers.
• Maintain constant liaison with the technical office and production teams.
• Lead negotiations and close deals.
• Conduct on‑site visits and monitor client territories.
• Track project progress and foster long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical commercial professional in an industrial setting.
• Solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical plant systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Technical background (technical diploma or degree preferred).
• Strong relational skills and customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel between Italy and Switzerland.
• Good organisational autonomy.
