Customer Solutions Crew – Part‑time (Remote)

About the role

Avelo, the newest U.S. airline, is seeking part‑time Customer Solutions Crew members to join its Customer Support Center. After completing training, you will work from home, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer continuous calls and respond to emails or other digital messages.
• Provide exceptional service for every customer interaction.
• Book, modify, and support customer reservations.
• Sell flights and ancillary products.
• Maintain KPI performance standards set by the CSC.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to multitask across calls and digital messages.
• Comfortable working in a quiet, distraction‑free home office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written/ verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Internet Explorer.
• Experience with Radixx Res, Jira, and Airline Choice DCS preferred.
• High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
