Customer Success Manager - DACH

About the role

TeamViewer is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager for the DACH region to drive client satisfaction and adoption of its SaaS solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful deployments and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee successful deployments of TeamViewer products and identify further expansion opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate project teams, and continuously engage with assigned customers.
• Deliver trainings, product demonstrations, deployment projects, and troubleshooting sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with support, sales engineering, and technical project management to resolve client issues promptly.
• Champion the voice of the customer internally, monitor health metrics, and work with product, marketing, and sales to drive usage and value.

Required profile

• Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science, or a related IT field.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience in close customer collaboration and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to advocate for customers and build strong relationships.
• Project and program management experience; enterprise software delivery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to existing and potential enterprise customers.
