Customer Support Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to work remotely as a contractor. You will help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input through customer support interactions. No prior AI experience is required – your domain knowledge and communication skills are what matter.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a variety of customer queries.
• Contribute insights to improve AI‑driven support tools and training data.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify common pain points, document best‑practice resolutions, and share feedback with the customer’s team.
• Maintain high standards of communication while working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.

Required profile
