Customer Training Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trainer who will design, deliver and continuously improve customer training programs for our textile processing solutions. The role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to help customers master our products and processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organize and deliver engaging customer training programs covering products, processes and technologies.
• Prepare training content for new products and conduct internal sessions for Service and Technology teams according to the annual training calendar.
• Continuously learn and become certified in new products, technologies and solutions.
• Provide tailored professional training experiences to customers and support them throughout the learning journey.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Support to align training with business needs.
• Create post‑training reports, evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials using digital and online learning platforms.
• Produce and manage e‑learning modules, webinars and instructional videos.
• Ensure all training content stays up‑to‑date with the latest product developments.
• Travel internationally (approximately 40‑50%) to deliver on‑site customer training and support global initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong passion for training, coaching, knowledge sharing and customer development.
• Proven technical understanding and process expertise in textile or related industrial technologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and documentation abilities.
• High learning agility, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
