About the role

You will conduct research aimed at de‑risking investments in clean energy assets, focusing on sustainable aviation fuels and PV‑battery systems both internationally and in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Perform literature reviews and evaluate concepts implemented in other countries.
• Develop contract and auction designs for investment de‑risking.
• Simulate clean‑energy investment and dispatch decisions under various contract designs.
• Critically analyse simulation results and produce reports and academic papers.

Required profile

• Master's degree in economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in microeconomics and energy economics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ambition to publish high‑quality research.
