Customer Training Trainer

About the role

Rieter is seeking a proactive, service‑oriented Trainer to design and deliver customer training programmes covering its textile spinning products, processes and technologies. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to create engaging learning experiences for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organise and deliver on‑site and online training sessions for new and existing products, aligned with the annual training calendar.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, e‑learning modules, webinars and instructional videos using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Support to ensure training content reflects the latest product developments.
• Travel internationally (approximately 40‑50 %) to conduct customer training and support global initiatives.
• Create post‑training reports, evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the textile spinning industry with hands‑on exposure to spinning operations and processes.
• Strong passion for training, coaching and knowledge sharing, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently as well as within international teams.
