Customs Administrator (d/f/m)

About the role

The Holy Fashion Group is looking for a Customs Administrator (d/f/m) for its headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. In this varied and international role you will work in a team within the global supply chain organisation, acting as the interface between internal departments, external logistics and customs partners and international logistics locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from the Swiss warehouse and imports of raw materials from international suppliers
• Prepare, review and coordinate export and customs documentation for international shipments
• Ensure the efficient, transparent and legally compliant handling of global goods flows
• Manage and monitor logistics service providers in your area of responsibility
• Act as point of contact for international production sites and internal departments on customs and foreign trade matters
• Maintain, review and monitor customs-related master data
• Review and apply free trade and preferential trade agreements and ensure compliance with customs and origin regulations
• Communicate with Swiss and German customs authorities, freight forwarders and customs agencies
• Support customs and foreign trade audits and contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements

Required profile

• Completed commercial or business training, complemented by further qualifications in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, foreign trade or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in customs, foreign trade or international import and export operations
• Sound knowledge of international trade and legally compliant import/export handling
• Experience in tariff classification and free trade agreements is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle

Required skills

• Confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with customs clearance software is an advantage
