Global Logistics Coordinator (d/f/m)

About the role

The Holy Fashion Group is looking for a Global Logistics Coordinator for its headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. In this varied and international role you will play a key part in the global supply chain, acting as the link between internal departments, external logistics providers and international production, warehouse and retail sites.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and monitor international transport flows by road, sea, air and rail
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics of finished goods, from production sites through distribution centres to B2B customers and retail outlets
• Manage and develop logistics service providers in your area of responsibility
• Ensure efficient, transparent and on-time transport while taking regulatory requirements into account
• Act as contact person for internal departments and external partners on transport and foreign trade matters
• Analyse transport KPIs and identify improvements in quality, service and cost
• Assist with tenders, contract awards and negotiations with logistics providers
• Support the Global Logistics & Customs department with day-to-day operational issues

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable commercial apprenticeship, with several years' experience in international transport logistics
• In-depth knowledge of international trade and import/export processes
• Experience managing international logistics providers and, ideally, running transport tenders and contract negotiations
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented, with strong communication, organisation and customer focus

• ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
• Standard Microsoft Office applications
