Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager

About the role

As a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager you will leverage your cyber expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to protect organisations from digital threats. You will work with leading clients across the Romandie region, guiding them through large‑scale transformation projects and helping them build resilient, cost‑effective cyber strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant cyber risks for clients and develop tailored strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead and support large‑scale cyber security transformation programmes, combining technical knowledge with project management skills.
• Define cost‑effective cyber strategies and implementation recommendations using market knowledge and Deloitte’s global network of experts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, client stakeholders and service providers worldwide.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders, establishing trust as the foundation for business success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory with a strong technical background in cyber strategy and risk management consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale cyber security projects in both subject‑matter expert and team‑leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and business‑development skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Previous consulting experience in a Big Four or equivalent environment, with deep knowledge of the Romandie market.
• Based in the Romandie region, fluent in French and English, and ideally an established local professional network.
