Data Analyst

About the role

Join Pictet’s Operations Data Office to build and run data solutions that power banking operations. You will work at the intersection of IT, data platforms and business teams, ensuring secure and efficient processing of banking transactions and investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse user requirements and design data flows/pipelines between client data reference systems and data platforms.
• Automate data extractions and mass updates in Snowflake data warehouses to support reporting, operational campaigns and data quality improvements.
• Prototype and implement AI‑driven solutions, including large language models, to replace legacy processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic cross‑departmental projects on client static data, tax, compliance and IT modernisation.
• Define and apply data quality rules, controls and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience working with complex datasets, preferably in finance.
• Strong data literacy, including data governance and quality frameworks.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Residence in Switzerland.
