Deal Desk Specialist

About the role

As a Deal Desk / Commercial Sales Support professional at ANYbotics, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial process, ensuring deals move smoothly from pricing and quoting through contracting, approvals, purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the commercial workflow across pricing, quoting, contracting, internal approvals, purchase orders, system entry, invoicing and renewals.
• Act as the central liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to keep live deals progressing and resolve operational blockers.
• Standardise and improve processes linking HubSpot, SAP and downstream Finance/Operations systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to increase speed, accuracy and scalability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Sales Support, Sales Operations or a closely related role.
• Experience working across multiple stages of the deal‑to‑cash or quote‑to‑cash process.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live deals, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Cross‑functional coordination skills with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP/order‑management platform.
• Familiarity with CPQ or pricing governance tools.
