Delivery Coordinator (3-5 shifts per week)

About the role

Mimo-Hospitality, a Swiss hospitality group, is looking for a passionate Takeout, Delivery & Dispatch Operator for ALBA Sourdough Pizza, a multi-location concept in Zurich known for artisanal sourdough pizza. The role works three to five days a week, from 5:15 PM to 9 PM, and acts as the link between the kitchen and the guests.

Key responsibilities

• Finish and pack pizzas and other dishes at the pass with care and speed
• Manage takeout orders by phone, in person, UberEats and direct deliveries
• Ensure accurate service and a warm welcome for guests who dine in-house
• Coordinate direct deliveries by assigning drivers and monitoring delivery times
• Handle mise en place for starters and desserts
• Keep all service areas clean and organised
• Support cost control by avoiding waste and ensuring correct portioning and packaging
• Communicate with the kitchen, guests, delivery drivers and management to keep the team flowing and to share ideas for improvement

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast-paced takeout/delivery restaurant (pizzeria, sushi chain, burger joint) preferred
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and lead the team during busy moments
• Advanced knowledge of English and German; Italian is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
