Delivery Lead & Techno-Functional Manager – Veeva R&D

About the role

Accenture is seeking experienced Delivery Leads and Techno‑Functional Consultants to drive Veeva Vault R&D implementations for global pharmaceutical clients. The role will focus on the Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Pharmacovigilance pillars, guiding end‑to‑end digital transformation projects from roadmap to validation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact transformation projects for global R&D organisations, owning the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, capture functional requirements and directly configure Veeva Vault lifecycles, workflows and data models for Safety, RIM and CTMS.
• Manage project governance including timeline, resource planning, budget tracking and forecasting.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, designing solutions that comply with GxP and IDMP standards.
• Coordinate communication among multinational project teams, customers and internal stakeholders while mentoring junior consultants.
• Develop training materials and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions to ensure user adoption.
• Provide insights to enhance the Veeva ecosystem and support sales activities through presentations and statements of work.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a Life‑Sciences related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering Veeva Vault R&D implementations or configuring Vault solutions.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical lifecycle domains: Clinical (CTMS), Regulatory (RIM), Quality (QMS) and Pharmacovigilance (Safety).
• Experience leading international, multidisciplinary project teams.
