Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

As a Demand & Supply Planner at Nestlé Business Growth Solutions, you will ensure finished‑goods availability for customers and consumers, balancing quantity, location, timing and freshness. You will act as a co‑pilot for the supply chain, linking sales, production, logistics and customers to drive reliable supply.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly business planning process and build an 18‑month demand plan together with Business Managers and Finance.
• Develop collaborative forecasting initiatives with key customers using sell‑out and stock‑level data.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end supply planning to meet customer needs while managing network complexity and constraints.
• Challenge producer planning parameters, review minimum order quantities and improve supply reliability and freshness.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints and potential material write‑offs through close stakeholder collaboration.
• Maintain and enhance planning master data to support automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, supply planning or VMI within a complex supply‑chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious and open‑minded attitude toward process improvement.
