Deployment Strategist – AI Solutions

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as customer‑facing advisors who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You will work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into AI deployments that generate real value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume).
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap through design workshops and jobs‑to‑be‑done analysis.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers and driving value realization.
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.
• Assess AI readiness, guide change management, and provide product feedback to influence the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities, and Data Cloud.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills with ability to travel up to 25%.
