About the role

Join rreadyAI as a Design Engineer and help shape the look, feel, and behavior of our AI‑native B2B SaaS platform. You will work at the intersection of design and frontend engineering, turning concepts into polished, production‑ready interfaces that users love.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement user‑facing interfaces end‑to‑end, from idea to production.
Ship production‑grade frontend code, not just prototypes.
Build scalable UI foundations through reusable components and design systems.
Ensure accessibility, performance, and visual quality across the product.
Prototype interactions and explore new UI ideas.

Required profile

Craft‑ and quality‑driven with a bias for finishing work properly.
Comfortable collaborating across Design, Product, and Engineering without heavy handoffs.
Pragmatic mindset that balances visual quality, usability, and technical constraints.
