Digital Analytics Consultant – CRM Focus (Geneva)

About the role

As a Digital Analytics Consultant based in Geneva, you will join fifty-five’s consulting team to deliver data‑driven projects for a range of international brands. The role focuses on CRM‑related initiatives, helping clients optimise data collection, customer acquisition, conversion and media‑mix strategies through systematic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end analytics projects covering KPI reporting, onsite conversion optimisation, web‑testing and media‑buy performance.
• Design and implement advanced customer segments and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Measure, analyse and improve CRM activation results for clients across luxury, FMCG, sport and beauty sectors.
• Ensure the quality, format and integrity of all deliverables, coordinating with client technical teams as needed.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams in Paris to refine fifty‑five’s service offering.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing and CRM concepts.
• Experience working on multi‑industry consulting projects and delivering client‑facing insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to work with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
