Europe Marketing Communications & Channel Activation Leader

About the role

Caterpillar is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape customer growth across Europe. The role will drive integrated marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and create connected experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel marketing programs, including digital campaigns, public relations, events, and creative development.
• Translate market, competitive and performance insights into compelling messaging, value propositions and go‑to‑market programs.
• Partner with dealers, global business teams and agencies to adapt and activate global strategies for European markets.
• Steward marketing budgets, agency partnerships and vendor relationships, ensuring resources target high‑value opportunities and measurable results.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that deliver commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen, customer focus and experience working in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Italian, German) highly desirable.
