Digital Consulting Intern (6 months)

About the role

Zühlke, a Swiss-founded global transformation partner, is looking for a Digital Consulting Intern in Schlieren. For 6 months you will join its consulting teams and contribute directly to client engagements, gaining hands-on experience from strategy development to the design and launch of digital products and services. You will support research, analysis and hypothesis-driven work while learning consulting methodologies and real client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a fully integrated member of consulting teams on client engagements
• Support consultants in developing hypotheses, performing analyses and preparing client presentations
• Assist in preparing and facilitating client workshops
• Contribute to consulting offerings such as transformation consulting, organisational consulting, operating model design and enterprise architecture management
• Support customer surveys, studies and thought leadership content such as white papers and op-eds
• Help prepare commercial proposals and support client relationship management

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Initial practical experience (e.g. internships) and familiarity with innovation frameworks and modern ways of working
• Strong interest in technology, innovation and consulting
• Structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good command of English

Required skills

• Good understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models, including their practical application and limitations
