Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist

About the role

Tissot, a member of the Swatch Group and a luxury watchmaker founded in 1853, is recruiting a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist based in Le Locle to join the International Digital Marketing team at Tissot Headquarters. The specialist supports the management and continuous improvement of Tissot's brand website and digital assets across markets, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns across global markets.
• Manage the global communication calendar with Digital, E-commerce, Retail and Customer Service teams, and support subsidiaries with campaign planning and execution.
• Ensure consistency, quality and brand alignment across all customer communications.
• Improve customer segmentation, personalization and marketing automation, and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign delivery, engagement KPIs and reporting performance.
• Ensure CRM integration across Retail, E-commerce, Customer Service and other initiatives, and oversee the Register My Watch and user account ecosystem.
• Create and manage contests, registrations and lead-generation landing pages, and develop guidelines, documentation and governance processes for global markets.
• Support B2B newsletters, create copy and assets for paid media campaigns, and provide backup support for social media content.
• Ensure GDPR and local data privacy compliance with Legal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Sciences, Media Engineering or a related field.
• First successful experience in a similar position.
• Fluent French and English.
• Analytical, organized and proactive, able to work independently and manage several tasks and deadlines at once.

Required skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
