International Creative Content Project Leader

About the role

Tissot, a member of the Swatch Group and a luxury watchmaker founded in 1853, is recruiting an International Creative Content Project Leader based in Le Locle. The role supports the International Creative Content Manager in building consistent, audience-targeted global brand communication campaigns, orchestrating content creation and adaptation across digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Work with all HQ marketing departments to create holistic global brand communication campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts for integrated offline and online advertising campaigns.
• Implement a content strategy aligned with short- and long-term marketing targets.
• Lead the development and adaptation of content for global plans and local needs.
• Supervise photographers, designers and agencies through art direction and clear feedback to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee video and photo shoots and asset post-production, including final checks for each channel.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team on graphic elements and branding guidelines.
• Deliver campaigns within strategy, budget and deadline using project management best practices.
• Spot trends and opportunities, anticipate issues and crises and act proactively.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role, in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• University degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or equivalent practical experience.
• Global brand experience; experience outside watchmaking is appreciated.
• Business acumen in an international environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.

• Graphic design skills.
• MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Motion design and editing skills are a plus.
