Digital Marketing Manager – International Business Units

About the role

Octapharma is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support its three International Business Units (Haematology, Critical Care and Immunotherapy). You will develop and execute digital components of medical‑marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations while driving engagement across global and local channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor digital campaigns for the International Business Units in collaboration with affiliates and Corporate Communications.
• Act as the technical and operational contact for IBU content on global websites and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance, practical support and training to affiliates for adopting global digital solutions and local adaptations.
• Track, analyse and report key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights to optimise reach and engagement.
• Maintain IBU intranet pages and translate approved scientific content into digital formats for newsletters, congresses and other activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field; scientific background is a plus.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Digital marketing tools and platforms (websites, digital platforms, analytics and tracking tools).
• SEO, SEM and emerging approaches such as GEO and AEO.
• Experience with digital customer journeys and content translation for scientific/medical information.
