Digital Marketing Specialist (Multi-Industry)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid, email and SMS campaigns for a range of industries in Switzerland. You will own the end‑to‑end process from launch through continuous optimisation, using data‑driven insights and AI tools to maximise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to create ad copy and creative assets, then assess their impact on conversions.
• Build, schedule and manage email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing variables to improve engagement.
• Leverage ChatGPT or similar AI tools to accelerate execution and generate creative variations while maintaining professional judgement.
• Collect and analyse performance data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with design, content and project‑management teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of campaigns.
• Proactively monitor post‑launch performance, flagging under‑performance and optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, deadlines and results for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns from planning to optimisation.
• Proven track record running paid ads on Meta, Google and LinkedIn platforms.
• Practical proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere for basic creative editing.
• Experience creating and managing email or SMS marketing campaigns.
