Brand Specialist

About the role

FinchTrade, a Swiss regulated OTC desk for institutional digital assets, is looking for a Brand Specialist to shape its market perception. You will ensure the company is seen as the most credible counter‑party by directing brand strategy and budget allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the full brand system, including brand book, Figma library, and template decks.
• Lead visual production at scale, creating reusable diagram archetypes, motion graphics, and short‑form videos while managing freelancers and part‑time designers.
• Craft sales enablement assets such as master pitch decks, product one‑pagers, and a comprehensive trust pack for compliance teams.
• Produce the flagship Liquidity Report end‑to‑end, covering data design, layout, and launch assets.
• Own conference presence, from booth design to pre‑ and post‑event materials.
• Manage PR agencies, maintain the media kit, and oversee the annual brand budget, reporting quarterly and optimizing spend.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B brand or marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments or digital assets.
• Proven track record of building a brand system from scratch, not just executing existing guidelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Figma; motion/video production is a strong plus.
• Experience briefing freelancers and managing a budget with concrete financial targets.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working in a small remote team.
