About the role
Explora Journeys is seeking a data‑driven Direct‑to‑Consumer Channels Analyst to lead the optimisation of its DTC and B2C performance across multiple markets. Based in Geneva, you will work closely with commercial, digital and revenue teams to turn insights into revenue growth for our luxury cruise brand.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse channel and commercial KPIs, delivering market‑specific insights to maximise revenue per sub‑channel (Web, Call Centre, Future Sales).
- Develop, track and act on key performance indicators, building scorecards and self‑serve dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Quantify ROI, ROAS, CPA and CPLA by sub‑channel and market, recommending investment reallocations to the highest‑impact channels.
- Create attribution models and identify growth levers that drive conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct competitive and market trend analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations with clear data visualisations and actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, DTC or e‑commerce performance.
- Background in luxury hospitality, travel, or consulting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Power BI for dashboard creation and self‑service analytics.
