About the role

Explora Journeys is seeking a Brand Manager to shape and activate its luxury cruise brand across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Brand Director and based in Geneva, the role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product storytelling and execution, collaborating with product, design, hotel operations, commercial, PR, media and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a core guardian of the Explora Journeys brand, supporting day‑to‑day brand management and evolution.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, messaging and visual language across all channels and guest journeys.
  • Lead the development, maintenance and global rollout of brand guidelines, frameworks and master toolkits.
  • Monitor brand execution across markets and partners, identifying inconsistencies and safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Contribute to brand strategy initiatives, evolution projects and internal brand education.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of master brand and product campaigns aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Oversee production of hero assets such as key visuals, copy frameworks, brochures, photography and videography.
  • Collaborate with Media, Digital and PR teams to ensure a coherent premium brand expression across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Manage and curate brand, product and fleet content within Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Own and articulate the brand and product narrative for the fleet, translating ship design and onboard experiences into compelling storytelling.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in brand management within luxury hospitality or premium travel.
  • Strong ability to ensure brand consistency across multiple markets and touchpoints.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as product, design, operations and communications.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on brand evolution and activation.
