Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner will act as the senior People leader for the Boudry campus, a flagship Product Development & Supply manufacturing site with roughly 1,000 employees. Reporting to the Executive Director, HRBP, the role will shape and execute the local people strategy in close partnership with manufacturing, quality, technical operations and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visible, credible HR leadership to site executives, managers and employees, ensuring alignment with enterprise direction and regulatory requirements.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to integrate people strategy with business objectives, improving capability and resilience.
• Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to influence strategic decisions and drive sustainable outcomes.
• Champion digital transformation by supporting the adoption of emerging technologies, AI‑enabled tools and new ways of working.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR leadership within a regulated, matrixed environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or life‑science manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
• Proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and culture change.
