About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for an established international company. The role will act as a strategic partner to senior management and drive the organization’s development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR function across the organization.
- Define and implement the overall HR strategy.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Drive talent management, leadership development and succession planning.
- Lead organizational development and change initiatives.
- Support executive and senior‑level recruitment while ensuring compliance with Swiss employment law.
Required profile
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Solid experience in a senior HR management position, preferably in an industrial or comparable corporate environment.
- Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Strong expertise in change management and organizational development.
- Fluent in German and English.
