About the role

The Director of Customer Collaboration Excellence will lead the development of best‑in‑class supply chain collaboration solutions across all regions and channels. Positioned within the Center of Excellence, this senior leader will define playbooks, training programs and quality frameworks that make superior customer collaboration the norm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain global standards for customer collaboration within the supply chain.
• Create and disseminate playbooks, training curricula and quality metrics to ensure consistent execution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to embed collaboration practices into daily operations.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with regional and channel leaders to align collaboration strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain or customer collaboration roles at a senior level.
• Track record of building and scaling global standards and training programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
