Director of Delivery (EMEA)

About the role

The Director, Delivery will lead the delivery organization for enterprise clients across the EMEA region. Based in Switzerland, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for complex, global engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute delivery strategy across client portfolios, covering testing, onboarding, and value realization.
• Partner with Sales and Pre‑Sales to influence commercial strategy, support deal cycles, and expand accounts.
• Oversee client onboarding, pilot execution, and implementation quality to secure adoption and success.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships, translating technical delivery into business value.
• Monitor portfolio health through KPIs, financial metrics, and risk indicators; ensure accurate forecasting.
• Lead renewal planning, commercial discussions, and contract retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Community, and Delivery Leadership to continuously improve service quality and scale global delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• 12+ years in professional services, delivery management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale portfolios, P&L responsibility, and executive client relationships.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including KPI tracking, risk management, and resource planning.
