Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Alpine Resort

About the role

The resort seeks a visionary Director of Food & Beverage to shape and elevate the culinary and service experience across its luxury Alpine property. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic foresight with hands‑on operational excellence to deliver world‑class dining for an international, high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the F&B vision aligned with the resort’s brand standards and luxury positioning.
• Drive innovation across all dining concepts, collaborating closely with the Executive Chef.
• Oversee fine dining, casual venues, bars, lounges, in‑room dining, and banqueting operations, ensuring palace‑level service.
• Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth while maintaining impeccable quality.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and the full P&L for the F&B division, driving profitability through strategic pricing and revenue initiatives.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a multicultural team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized guest journey, maintaining strong visibility in operations and addressing feedback proactively.
• Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an F&B Director or Assistant Director in luxury hotels or palaces.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑outlet operations with high volume and high‑end positioning.
• Strong financial acumen with significant budget and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in demanding luxury environments.
• Deep understanding of international luxury clientele and service expectations.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian or German a plus.
• Charismatic, detail‑oriented leader with excellent communication and a guest‑centric mindset.
