Director of Supply Chain Intelligence

About the role

The Director of Supply Chain Intelligence will lead a high‑performing analytics team within adidas' Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Solutions function. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights that enable proactive steering, performance management and operational excellence across product supply, inbound and customs processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to produce standardized supply‑chain reports using SQL and other data tools.
• Define, govern and evolve supply‑chain KPIs in partnership with KPI owners.
• Set strategic direction for data analytics and intelligence to improve supply‑chain performance.
• Ensure data quality, stability and reliability of reporting products and tools.
• Translate business needs into scalable Power BI visualisations and BI solutions.
• Establish and continuously improve performance‑management cadence and reporting packages.
• Drive actionable insights, root‑cause analysis and data‑driven optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with global and market stakeholders to embed harmonised reporting into decision‑making.

Required profile

• Seasoned supply‑chain professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven experience translating data into operational impact and influencing decisions at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
