Domain Consultant / Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Domain Consultant / Solutions Engineer you will demonstrate Idira (CyberArk) identity security solutions to prospective and existing enterprise customers, showcasing how they protect critical assets across hybrid cloud, distributed workforces and AI‑driven workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ownership of standard product opportunities, delivering technical wins and completing Design of Record (DoR) for solution fit.
• Conduct core technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑value (POV) projects and proof‑of‑concepts, troubleshooting technical roadblocks.
• Orchestrate internal resources to keep POV projects moving forward and maintain accurate data hygiene for opportunities.
• Communicate technical capabilities and platform benefits to both business and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record working with customers, strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of identity providers and directories such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP and Ping.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, Unix/Linux environments and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to travel up to 50% for in‑person customer meetings.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
• Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) and Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access models.
• Scripting for workflow automation and environment deployment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Security+, AWS Security, Azure Security, Google Cloud Security).
• Hands‑on experience with CyberArk/Idira platform ecosystem.
