E2E Supply Planning Manager

About the role

The E2E Supply Planning Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end supply planning of a product portfolio, acting as a subject‑matter expert within Global E2E Supply Planning. The role balances supply, demand, inventory, capacity and business risk to ensure long‑term continuity and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own balanced supply plans across finished goods, drug product and drug substance for commercial and clinical demand.
• Lead volume, inventory and long‑range planning, including forecasts, budgets, safety‑stock assessments and scenario planning.
• Manage replenishment and inventory performance, focusing on service levels, cost accuracy and waste reduction.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, develop mitigation plans for shortages or deviations, and participate in monthly S&OP discussions.
• Partner with Finance and other functions to ensure accurate reporting of supply chain costs and inventory reconciliation.

• Analytical, business‑minded supply chain professional with ability to turn complexity into clear priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Agile mindset and proactive decision‑making in a fast‑moving international environment.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Relevant supply chain certification (e.g., APICS) – advantage.
• Experience in supply planning, inventory management or similar end‑to‑end supply chain role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production planning and control – advantage.
• Familiarity with IFS master‑data system.
