Electrical Package Manager – High‑Tech Construction

About the role

Take ownership of the electrical scope for a major datacenter project, leading multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to deliver a complex, high‑tech construction programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the electrical systems package throughout project delivery, coordinating schedules, costs and quality assurance.
• Lead site safety activities in partnership with project and safety teams and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Control package‑related costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, variations and valuations.
• Produce weekly cost and progress reports, identify risks and communicate delivery concerns.
• Support project close‑out activities such as final accounts, O&M manuals, safety documentation and QA records.

Required profile

• Trade qualification and/or relevant third‑level qualification.
• Minimum five years of project management experience on large installation projects.
• Proven experience in design‑and‑build environments and handling industrial relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and ability to work under demanding deadlines.
