About the role
Union School District is seeking a full‑time elementary teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year. The position is anticipated and will serve students in an elementary classroom setting. Candidates should be prepared to begin duties at the start of the academic year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver instruction to elementary students in accordance with district curriculum.
- Maintain classroom records and assess student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student learning.
Required profile
- Dual certification strongly preferred.
- Elementary education certification with special education certification preferred.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate.
- Current PA Acts 34, 151, 168, and 114 clearances.
- Praxis test scores and recent letters of recommendation.
Required skills
- Elementary education certification.
- Special education certification (preferred).
- Valid PA teaching license.
