Employment Lawyer – Associate or Senior Associate

About the role
Join a leading law firm in Zurich as an Employment Lawyer, working on both advisory and contentious matters for national and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues, from day‑to‑day matters to strategic questions.
- Support corporate transactions, restructurings and business projects with employment law expertise.
- Handle pre‑litigation matters and represent clients in employment‑related disputes and litigation.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, termination agreements and internal policies.
Required profile
- Swiss‑qualified lawyer with 2–4 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a pragmatic approach to complex legal questions.
- Dynamic, proactive and adaptable personality able to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent German and English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law.
- Experience in both advisory and contentious employment matters.
