Enablement Expert - Agile & AI Project Execution

About the role

As an Enablement Expert you will work directly with enterprise clients in German‑speaking Switzerland and remotely to improve project and program execution while guiding teams toward AI‑native delivery with the PMEOS platform. You will act as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or delivery enablement lead, establishing solid ways of working and strengthening execution reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, apply and evolve agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS.
• Set up, support and develop product and delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Facilitate agile events, workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer or delivery enablement lead according to client needs.
• Strengthen collaboration, transparency, accountability and execution discipline across teams.
• Analyze delivery metrics, risks, dependencies and blockers to provide decision‑ready insights.
• Support reporting, governance and stakeholder alignment at project, program and portfolio levels.
• Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and Miro.
• Help clients adopt PMEOS where it adds clear value and feed client feedback into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or delivery enablement lead.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise clients and guide them through agile transformation.
• Experience delivering training sessions for teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and leaders.
